This is a ticketed event, but tickets will be sold on the day at the gate. Please note that the discounted ticket price is for tickets bought in advance.

Family pass in advance is £5 – 2 Adults & 2 Children – This will be £10 on the day.

This is a ticketed event, and children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult. Children will not be allowed to enter or purchase a ticket at the gate alone. This is for safeguarding and also as a condition of the licence due to alcohol being sold on site, and also on recommendation from local policing. Please ensure your child is accompanied by an adult who will take responsibility for them.

Due to the nature of the carnival, we are operating a no-dog policy, except for assistance dogs. Due to the potential animals on site, the expected volume of people, and the potential for loud noises, it is safer for all not to allow dogs into the carnival. Dogs are still more than welcome on the recreational ground outside the carnival fence, as a perimeter walkway is available for exercise and walking dogs, if desired, all around the site. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but our aim is to protect all animals’ welfare during the carnival.

Unfortunately, due to the licence granted by WCBC for the event, we are not permitted to allow alcohol to enter the event site. We have an on-site bar for you, should you wish to drink. Please note there are bag checks in place for your security

To ensure safety and comply with our event licence, throughout the event, the following items are prohibited at the venue:

• Alcohol
• Glass bottles and glass containers
• BBQs
• Restricted and illegal substances
• Offensive weapons
• Items that are deemed dangerous, offensive, or unsuitable
• Drones or remote-controlled aircraft
• Lasers
• Fireworks / pyrotechnics / flares
• Smoke canisters
• Powered scooters (excluding disability scooters) / hover boards
• You are not permitted to use an e-scooter or e-bike anywhere on the event premises.
• Electric or manual cycles – these can be left with security at the gate
• Any item which in may be used for the purpose of protest within the Venue, including, but not limited to, flags, clothing, or any other item for the purpose of political or religious protests.
• Professional photography equipment
• Marketing & Unauthorised Materials – Flyers, posters, stickers, merchandise, or unauthorised promotional materials.
• Animals (other than guide dogs)
• New psychoactive substances, nitrous oxide, also known as laughing gas, balloons and/or associated paraphernalia, illegal substances.
• Balaclavas/masks/helmets
